About Glowy
A marine biologist working at the Starr Park aquarium, Glowy is obsessed with sea life, wanting to introduce it to as many visitors as he can. Although he might seem a bit creepy, he's actually a nice guy! Maybe.
Glowy's gadgets
You equip one gadget at a time and use it a limited number of times per match.
Slippery Savior
Glowy dashes in a target direction, healing himself and teammates for x on arrival.
More Lumens
Glowy supercharges his glowbeam tethers, doubling the damage/healing rate for x secs.
Glowy's star powers
You equip one star power. It works all match long without being activated.
Biotic Ecosystem
If Glowy is tethered to an enemy and a teammate at the same time, it will reduce the enemy damage by x% and increase the teammate's damage by x%.
Parasitism
Tethering to an enemy also heals Glowy for x% of the damage dealt.
